For SATB Choir

I have always been fascinated with the sound of a choir. I think that the purity of the voice makes intervals and dissonance so much more tender and powerful. This was my first attempt at writing for a full choir. I drew from elements of Eric Whittacre when I was first planning out my ideas. The choice of text was one that my father was especially fond of. I took the words and tried to understand and describe them with the music.
